The solar plexus chakra is connected to the element of fire. This element symbolizes transformation, energy, and personal power. Imagine the warmth and brightness of the sun, which is associated with the solar plexus. It’s like the center of your personal identity and is often represented by the color yellow. Just like fire, the solar plexus is all about warmth, light, and the power to bring about positive change in your life.
